1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of AutoLeaseHub's marketplace service. By creating an account or paying a deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This is placeholder text for a demo prototype; production terms will be provided in the live product.
2. Marketplace role
AutoLeaseHub operates as an introducer between lessees and authorized brand dealers in the UAE. We do not provide leases directly, hold inventory, or assume credit risk. All leases are entered into directly between you and the brand dealer.
3. Deposit terms
The AED 500 deposit is fully refundable until you sign a binding lease agreement. After signing, refund eligibility is governed by your specific lease contract with the brand dealer.
4. Eligibility
Eligibility to lease is determined by the brand dealer based on their standard criteria, including visa status, employment, and ability to make monthly payments. AutoLeaseHub does not make final eligibility decisions.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, AutoLeaseHub's liability is limited to the amount of any deposit you have paid through our platform.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai.
